If you are not sure through which Payment gateway your payment was processed, please look into the welcome email which you have received or your credit card statement.
In general, you can ask for cancelation directly the payment gateway or you can contact us via the contact form and we will cancel the membership for you (we are replying Monday – Friday within 24hours).
If you have chosen by mistake a wrong type of membership and you would like to cancel and refund it, please don’t use the website and contact us right after the purchase. We will look into it and solve every case individually.
If you have bought a trial membership and you would like to cancel recurring, please contact your payment gateway (Epoch or CCBill) or us via contact form within the 2 days trial period. If you contact us after 2 days with a request to cancel and refund the amount for the upgrade, unfortunately, we won’t refund you, but we are happy to cancel the following recurring payment.
If you have bought monthly or yearly membership and you would like to cancel recurring, please contact us via the contact form within the period you already paid for (or directly payment gateway) so we can cancel it for you. If you contact us right after the next charge is processed for another month or a year, unfortunately, we won’t refund you the amount, but we are happy to cancel the following recurring payment.
